As a senior IT Projectmanager, I have been managing complex IT projects since 2006. Building on a solid technical foundation — for which I was ultimately responsible in earlier roles — I combine a sharp focus on results, quality and predictable delivery with a pragmatic approach.
I lead multidisciplinary teams, align stakeholders and manage scope, planning and budget, without losing sight of user value. With experience in both line and vendor management, I guide projects in cloud, infrastructure and applications. These are projects with demonstrable impact on organization and work processes, where technical choices and business operations are closely interrelated.
